***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

"The Beach House was a perfect spot for a beach getaway with the family. The house was clean with everything you needed inside and outside to have an amazing vacation. The pool and spa were great. The kayaks and paddle boards allowed you to go out whenever you wanted to try to spot wildlife. Each day we saw manatee, dolphins, and other marine life which was our favorite part of the trip. Great location to restaurants and the piers. We will definitely be back again.

"We were a group of 7, family and friends. The view from the house is gorgeous - the sound and view of the water is so relaxing. The location was great - on the quieter part of the island - still easy to get to beaches and restaurants. Layout of the rooms is good, common space very open and easy for a group. We had a pretty chilly week - really enjoyed having the hot tub. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. Supplies were pretty good - could have a few more bath towels - but we washed them every day. The blender is now missing the whole lid rather than the inner ring - but we made do. I would definitely book here again, and would recommend to others. There was a big storm one day - the property management/owners were very good about communicating. We lost hot water because of the storm, but they gave instructions before they opened on how to fix, plus sent out maintenance. It also tripped another time for some reason - but we were able to fix it again ourselves.
