PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

"We had a great family trip staying at the Silver Surf property. The house was spacious with 5 bedrooms so everyone could have their own place to stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we used them everyday. Having an entrance to the beach just a short walk down the street was also a plus. We had a wonderful family trip staying here. Communication with the management team was very easy and they responded quickly whenever I had a question.

"The Silver Surf home was perfect for our family getaway. The home is so bright and spacious! Beautiful big kitchen, dining and living room + everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was perfect, too! The zero depth area was so nice for the little ones, everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the large umbrellas provided nice shady areas to get a break from the sun. A nice 5-minute walk to the beach was perfect to catch the sunset each night. We would highly recommend the Silver Surf for your stay on Anna Maria.

"This property is a dream. Our family had lots of room to spread out and a huge family space to be together. The pool was dirty because of a shedding tree and very hard rain, but we communicated with the rental company and they took care of it immediately. We are planning to rebook for next year!
