Welcome to the graceful beauty of Stillpoint, an island retreat for family and friends just steps away from the gorgeous white sandy beaches voted amongst the top in the world. This single-level spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps eight and has everything you need for an amazing vacation.

Indoors, the open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen areas are expansive, light-filled modern spaces featuring high ceilings, comfortable furnishings that seat eight, and a TV. The spacious master bedroom suite has a king bed, a TV, and a desk area. Its ensuite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower also opens to a private outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom is a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. They share a hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower. The adjacent versatile den has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, a sitting area with a TV, and can be closed off for privacy.

Indoors and outdoors are unified by multiple sliding patio doors open to the huge screened-in lanai privately surrounded by lush gardens and fenced yard. The patio showcases the heated pool, hot tub spa, and covered outdoor dining area. Another great hangout, sunny during the day and quiet at night, are the six Adirondack chairs that encircle a gas firepit. The patio also has a new gas grill.

All the little extras with this home’s original artwork and appointments will make you feel like you’re staying at a beautiful tropical retreat.

There’s no need for a car once you arrive. Reasonably priced limo service to and from both Tampa and Sarasota airports can be arranged. Stillpoint’s prime location makes for an easy walk to the beach just across the street and only three blocks to some of the best shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream stores on Anna Maria Island! Our free Island Trolley service runs daily from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every 20 minutes from the Anna Maria City Pier on the north to Coquina Beach on the south. Publix Market is on this route a mile away and also offers Instacart delivery. A nearby walk takes you to lighted public tennis courts, pickleball court, baseball field, fenced-in basketball courts, boat rentals, and fitness center. Two miles away there’s a community center that offers round-robin tennis, pickleball, yoga, exercise classes and events.

Whether you want a peaceful tropical getaway or want to enjoy lots of activities, Anna Maria Island and Stillpoint will provide a great vacation!

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. "The home was perfect to host our group. We had two families with children. The layout was nice and we loved the convenience of the walk to the beach and all the extra amenities the home provided. The host was extremely polite and easy to communicate with which was an added bonus!

"We travel to Anna Maria every year. This by far was the best house we have stayed in. The location is excellent. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Very short walk to the beach. It’s basically across the street and through a parking lot. The area is very quiet. As far as the house goes it is perfect. Much bigger than the pictures show. There were five of us in the house and plenty of space to add. The pool is the perfect size, not too big not too small. The hot tub was amazing in the morning and the evenings. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Towels, beach chairs, wagon, etc.. we especially enjoyed bringing the corn hole games to the beach. Board games were also in the closet and we enjoyed those on a rainy day. Communication was also excellent. We had a slight issue with the hot tub, and it was repaired within the same day. They actually showed up within an hour of us calling. They were able to secure a part and installed it all on the same day. I one hundred percent recommend this house and my family is actually looking forward to booking it again next year.

"We stayed over the holidays and the house was amazing. It’s larger than the pictures show, clean, well appointed and the outdoor space is awesome! The pool was heated to 85 degrees and we swam even on days in the 60’s. The beach is just a block away to enjoy the beautiful sand and views. My only note about that is the house only had 2 beach chairs for 4 of us staying there so if you want more you’ll need to purchase them. Otherwise a great house and highly recommend!

"Stillpoint was the perfect choice for us! The house was very clean and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The heated pool and hot tub were incredible and felt really private. It's a very short walk to the beach and it was nice being able to use the beach cart, chairs, and floats that were provided. The way the house is divided would make it perfect for two couples with small children. We will definitely stay here again!

"The house is the second house in the street. The beach is across the street. You can’t get any closer!! And the beach was not crowded at all. Pool was wonderful and very private. House was updated and spacious. Rental agency was great with communication and response time. Really could not have asked for a better experience all around. First time coming to AMI and we would definitely come back and definitely rent this house again.

"We stayed for a week with Family and friends. We had a mix of adults including 4 adult children in their early 20's. The house is seems much bigger than the listing indicates. It has a great flowing floorplan with plenty of room for people to find their own space as well as congregate together. There is plenty of outdoor entertainment space as well. The pool and pool deck was the perfect size for our group to enjoy. The neighbors were delightful. This is a very short walk from the Gulf of Mexico and pristine white sand beaches. This property is also within walking distance to many food and entertainment options. Check in was seemless with the property manager as well. We would definitely stay at this property again!
