All cancellations must be in writing. If the booking originated from a third-party booking site, such as VRBO or Airbnb, please refer to the cancellation policy shown in your account.
Stays less than 28 nights:
Cancellations at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less the credit card processing fee (if applicable).
Cancellations at least 14 days before the start of the stay are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the advance rent paid, less the credit card processing fee (if applicable).
If the cancelled dates are completely rebooked at the same rental rate or higher, a full refund will be processed, less the credit card processing fee (if applicable).
Stays of 28 nights or more:
Advanced rent is non-refundable for stays of 28 nights (4 weeks) or more.
If the cancelled dates are completely rebooked at the same rental rate or higher, a full refund will be processed, less the credit card processing fee (if applicable).
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds from a cancelled reservation may not be used to re-book the same property for the same dates at a lesser rate. In this case, the cancelled reservation may be reinstated at the original booked rate.
