We collect 25% of the total rent as a deposit to confirm bookings made more than 60 days before arrival.
Travel protection premiums are paid in addition to this when insurance is added to the reservation.
Balances are due in full 60 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
