Modern southern style and comfort await you at Conch Shell: A resort-like property on Bimini Bay. Meandering walkways take you to a well-placed hammock between two curvy coconut palms, to the salt water pool and spa, and to the tiki bar and game area. Rent a kayak or paddle board to explore the mangroves. You can even play pickleball on the newly installed court! Just put up the net across the driveway for some competitive play... and you haven’t even been inside! But before heading in, pick a fresh lemon from our lemon tree to add to your cocktail.

The exterior of the home truly tells you what to expect on the inside: Charming and warm with a trendy boho beach vibe. The large expanse of the open family room and conversation area invites your entire family. A chef-approved kitchen means you can leave your knives at home. Open the French doors to your guest wing the first floor bedrooms are spacious and super comfy. An ensuite king with private desk for remote work, another king bedroom with door to bath, and a two twin bed haven.

Upstairs and private, the romantic and luminous master bedroom suite is just so sweet! Walk-in closet, master bath with shower and tub, and French doors leading you to your private deck and outdoor shower with views of Tampa Bay. The last surprise is the crow's nest, which includes a 360-degree view of Tampa Bay, Bimini Bay, and Anna Maria Island perfect for your sunset viewing pleasure.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

"We loved staying in this home, it is very pretty, completely updated and felt like our home away from home. You can tell that the owners must live here sometimes because it had everything that we could possibly need. The artwork, and furniture made us feel very comfortable. Our college age children enjoyed themselves on the fishing dock, the pool and all of the amenities. There was so much to do that we only left to go to the beach, bike ride or take our golf cart to the near by shops.

"With 2 adults and 5 children, we wanted a house to serve as a great home base for our week on Anna Maria. Conch Shell definitely delivered that! Highlights included the pool, pool area, the incredible chef's kitchen, master suite, and the crow's nest. The owners obviously put a lot of care into their property, it's well appointed, the beds are great, all the little things check out. Our only complaint is that there is a new home being constructed immediately nextdoor, and they started around 7am each morning. Totally understand that's a possibility when you rent a vacation house, but a head's up from the leasing company would have been nice. Otherwise, it's a fantastic family home on a wonderful little island!

"We loved our stay in this home. Great space, clean, well maintained home, pool and property. Perfectly located where it was convenient to everything yet just off from the busy parts of Anna Maria. Felt private. We would highly recommend and will go back.
