Come enjoy this luxury canal home that is located only 2 short blocks to the world-famous beaches of Anna Maria Island. Natural light abounds in this custom-built private 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom, 2 car home situated in the heart of Anna Maria very close to all the shops and restaurants.

The home features an elevator accessing all floors, large chef's kitchen which combines elegance and cutting-edge appliances (gas stove, luxe fridge, microwave, etc.).

The property is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping creating a private backyard. Beautiful open plan kitchen as well as a wine bar spilling into the living room, creating a great entertaining area. The heated pool and spa offer great outdoor space for relaxation, as well as a covered patio, fire pit, and private garden around the house.

The property has been professionally furnished and decorated with a coastal modern design. Willow Hideaway is spacious with lots of natural light, 4 bedrooms all with private ensuites offer enough space for the entire group to enjoy and have their own privacy.

Floor 1 (ground-level):
Heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, dock, lounge area, and canal view.

Floor 2:
Bedroom 1: King with TV and walk-in shower ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen with TV and walk-in shower ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Queen with TV and walk-in shower ensuite bathroom.

Floor 3 (Master suite):
Bedroom 4: King Master Suite with TV, balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

DOCK/BOATS: Approximately 5 ft of open dock is available to tie up a boat.

Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. This is a really great home on the canal

"This is a really great home on the canal. Lot's of room and well stocked. Location is perfect! Beach is just 3 blocks away....straight shot! The outdoor spaces are great, however the outdoor rugs could use an update. We know renters and weather are hard on them. We had a boat for the week and really enjoyed being able to walk right out the back door, get on the boat and navigate the canal. Exploring the islands around AMI and house "shopping" from the water is so much fun! The two garages were so nice! We parked the car inside for the week and pulled our golf cart in and out as we came and went. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and all the space around the pool were awesome! We spent a lot of time there. We highly recommend this home and can't wait to come back.

"This home was great. It was exactly as advertised. Very walkable to beach with all the beach chairs we needed, a beach cart, umbrella, etc.. We walked and biked (rented through Robinhood, which was also great) everywhere. The only reasons we had to get in the car was to run down to Publix for re-stocking and to dinner at The Doctor’s Office (go there). The team at Sato real estate was incredibly responsive and friendly. They were quick to respond to texts when we had questions or needed something. VERY professional and flexible. Even the cleaning people who came as we were leaving were wonderful. They represented the company well too. The management company can have an important impact on the total experience if you start with the idea that things can (and will) come up that require help. They delivered. I’d rent through them again, for sure.

"We’ve stayed in many homes on Anna Maria Island but this one was but far the best! The location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was great as well as the access to the water on the canal. We LOVED the backyard and pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back!
