We are very proud of our Co-Owner and Real Estate Agent Jason Sato! Jason was recently announced as the leading real estate agent in Manatee County for 2015. He was responsible for $49.8 million in total sales volume. 90 percent of the transactions were on Anna Maria Island, with the remainder in Bradenton.
Jason notes the higher prices of new construction contributed to the high total volume dollar and his record year. New construction has been popular on the island, in part to meet stricter code regulations. His top sale in 2015 was a new five-bedroom beach house at 807 North Shore Drive which he listed for $3.995 million. It sold in December for $3.75 million.
We have always known that Jason worked hard to help his clients sell their current place and find a new dream home. We are glad to have it recognized on a larger platform with his naming of Top Realtor of 2015.
