Richard is enthusiastic about the service he provides customers. He strives to provide an honest approach and council to his customers as they are making real estate decisions.
Richard and his family moved to the Island over 26 years ago from Colorado to be by the beach. He wanted to raise his daughter in a beautiful and safe place, with a great school. He fell in love with the great neighborhoods and friendly neighbors the Island offers. In his spare time, Richard enjoys walking the beach, riding his bike and gardening.
